They installed our new furnace and water tank flawlessly, never overcharging a dime. The team went above and beyond, being incredibly accommodating during the city inspection and even working tirelessly overnight to finish everything ahead of schedule. On top of their professionalism, Kale brought some holiday cheer wearing a hilarious Christmas/dog hat, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Whenever I have a problem and it seems no one else can help I call the K-Team… great bunch to work with and are always fair and reasonable. I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. If I don’t need something they will tell me. I felt very comfortable sending them to my mother’s house to rectify an issue and when Kale phoned me with the scope I didn’t even question it. I needed a new bidet installed into our new home. Kale arrived and soon established that the bidet did not fit the toilet seat in the new house. He ran out to obtain a newer toilet seat that would fit the bidet and proceeded to install both toilet seat and bidet to our complete satisfaction. As always, Kale left the place perfectly spotless and took all the garbage out with him. That is much appreciated. We were very satisfied with the cost as usual it was very reasonable.
